Physical Products
If you are not satisfied with a physical product purchased from us, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Process: To request a return, please email us at info@healingcharbas.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Distant Healing Sessions
